"Love is a beautiful thing and can be said to be the only thing that's sweeter than honey". These were the usual words of Yemi to his lovely good looking girlfriend Like who rather looked flattered by the calming words of her beloved.
Kike,the only daughter of a family of four is a young slim girl with a tempting hips. She could be weird and naughty at times. Her mother has always given her the impression that she's a queen and no guy has the right to trample on her.
Maybe her mother was wrong because as Kike grew older, she also began to feel like every other girl. She began to have an instinct of her puberty. She believes she is old enough to do what her mate in ss2 does, running after boys or probably having a crush which will express or kept as secret.
It was a new academic session, new faces and changed faces were littered everywhere in Kike's school . She was unsurprised as it has always been the tradition as a result of the fact that her school has always led in every community or regional competition which enticed parent to send their children to saint Andrew college,Ayetoro.
Kike joined the assembly as she was even late on the first day of resumption after a fascinating holiday. She flew her bag through the window into her new class and adjusted her collar signaling her readiness for the new academic session.
The principal addressed the students and welcomed them back to school wishing them an excellent academic year ahead. Just as when the principal was about to leave, he came into his consciousness that he had almost forgot to introduce the new individual they have in their midst.
The principal,Mr oloyede pointed at a young man in a white vest, karki pant and Brown boot looking like a soldier but the students weren't scared they of course knew he's a member of of the youth Corp(NYSC). The young ,handsome guy with a fairly complexion skin and curl hairs and little beard move forward to join the principal as he was introduced and was revealed as the new government teacher, the congregation of the student and other teachers clapped to welcome Corper Yemi was introduced .
The assembly was dismissed and all the students and teachers retired to their classes and offices respectively.
Kike was in her class hugging and and greeting her friends with warm smiles and pride of "we are now in ss2". Her friends also felt the same way. One could easily tell through the wild smile each of them had on their bright faces.
Days passed into the middle if the term, Kike started getting fond of the corper. Corper Yemi was co-incidentally taking Kike's favorite subject, government. This was the reason she got attracted to the teacher coupled with the well built body that the guy.
The likeness grew to a romantic attraction for Kike whereas Yemi also began to see Kike's likeness for him as a means to get her. Kike was not be seen around her friends anymore but always with Corper Yemi.
The report got to Kike's mother by Kike's envious friends who had wanted the attention of the 'fine boy'. The malicious report got Kike and her mother into an argument in which Kike won her mother by claiming the corper has been helping her with extra classes which showed vividly in Kike's continuous assessment result for that term.
Yemi has gotten all over Kike that she would retire to his house located just a stone throw after the school. She'll be there even before yemi himself got back. She would rush all her chores and rush to Corper Yemi's house.
Kike was laying on Yemi's bed which can be found in a small but well arranged room. The setting of the room is charming enough for anyone to forget how stuffy the room looks.
They were both arguing about the possibility of a woman becoming a President of Nigeria in the future. Suddenly, Yemi held Kike's waist and dragged her closer though she was scared and didn't want anything of sort to happen but she couldn't stop yemi as he forced his lips into hers.
"Ppp....please stop!", Kike tried to resist it but it didn't last long as she also began to like the taste and the vibration her body makes after every touch Yemi gave. Yemi, being a sharp guy logically stopped to play a game on the poor girl. Yemi started flirting with the girl.
Kike who was initially shy now looked straight into Yemi's eyes to listen to what he had to say. Corper Yemi didn't tarry to flirt Kike the way he knew she would love and get tripped off.
The love affair continued secretly. In school Yemi and Kike would act like teacher and student but on bed they could be referred to as 'competitors'. Kike kept the relationship a secret even to her closest friend because she thought telling her will expose Kike to envy from her own friend, who might have being keeping an invisible affection for the handsome Corper.
Kike trusted all the words of Corper Kolade to the extent that any evil told about the Corper is being swayed away by Kike. She has the instinct that she had met her life partner. She was rest assured that with all the lively things been told and plans made, Yemi won't fail her.
At last, Yemi deflowerred Kike though against her wish but she was so scared of quitung the relationship because of the promises Yemi has made to her. Yemi.promised to marry her after secondary school and cater for her university education. He also lied to her that she would make sure Kike doesn' have to seat for waec twice before having all her papers. All this got Kike stuck in the relationship and also kept it secret as instructed.
The academic session was running off day by day and Kike was doing excellently in all her subjects. The principal was amazed about how things turned out for Kike and had to thank the corper for the great impact he had on the likes of Kike in the School who had amazingly transformed from being an average student to being the brain box of the school.
Kike's mother was also thankful to the Corper that changed her daughter's intellectual positivity. She would even send gifts to yemi as a gesture of appreciation for the job he's doing. She also impacted their secret affairs unknowingly by often telling Kike to go to his house for coaching.
Kike got pregnant at the last days of Yemi at service. She was not aware until the day valedictory party was done for Yemi.
Yemi headed to the park the next day after dropping a letter for Kike that their relationship was intended just to have fun and that he appreciated everything she did for him extending his gratitude to Kike's mother too for being so supportive. Kike read this letter when her joy of revealing the news that she's pregnant for Yemi turned into sorrow. She collapsed.
